FS VACANCES displays online an advertising service, enabling linking between owners accommodations (advertisers) and potential tenants (visitors).
The advertiser is solely responsible for the content of the ad, the accuracy of the information provided, and must ensure that ha has the right to publish in relation to copyright. He has access at any time and free of charge to its data announcements from its client area to edit or delete them.
The advertiser listed services must ensure the preservation of confidentiality of login data to access their account, thus consequences that may result to himself or others to misuse, are their sole responsibility.
In any case, FS VACANCES can not be held to ensure the accuracy of the content of the ads on his site, which is edited and posted under the sole responsibility of the author.
The user editing the ad, is the only legally responsible for any disputes or appeals in relation to its contents, and agrees to indemnify FS VACANCES any potential harm suffered thereby.
FS VACANCES never intervenes in the booking process, and does not receive any commissions on the transactions. It is up to property owners and tenants to carry out the transactions between them.
Advertisers can change the information about their property, such as prices, availability and other benefits at any time.
It is the visitor to study in detail the announcement and ask for the most accurate and updated information to the advertiser.

Advertising rates :
The posted online rates of FS VACANCES are subject to change at any time and without notice, registered members being only affected by the changes at the time of annual renewal of their ad.
Accepted method payments on www.gite01.fr :
- Online via a secured payment PayPal, with credit card. Major credit cards are accepted: VISA, Mastercard.
- By bank transfer or by check (this last mode for France only)
Without any other specific agreement, each ad is published online for a period of one year from the date of validation, unless prior removal.
Publication is made no later than 48 hours after receipt of payment.
At the end of this one year period, after a new agreement and not by tacit agreement, the ad may be renewed for a further period of one year.
The advertiser has a withdrawal period of seven days from the date of creation of the advertisement, provided that the diffusion of the latter has not begun.
After the withdrawal period, the advertiser has the ability, through its client area, to delete the announcement before the end of the period of publication. The remainder could not under any circumstances constitute a right to reimbursement or compensation.
The advertiser will be able to download or print each invoice in PDF format.
Coupon code :
During a promotion campaign, a coupon code allows the owner to get a discount on the normal price for all ads placed before the expiry date of the promotion.
Sponsorship program :
It allows members (registered property owners), who refer friends to Gite01, which have registrated and placed at least one ad on Gite01.fr, to get 10% permanent discount on every new ad and on the annual renewal of their current ads.
The program limit is five referred friends (godsons) per member, who can get permament discount on their account up to 50% of the basic rate.
Every bonus is definitively allocated after validation of the first announcement concerned godson.
Godsons who created their first announcement access their turn, the sponsorship program.
Any new advertiser on www.gite01.fr must first register on the site, through a simple online form to enable the implementation of the identification procedure.
FS VACANCES reserves the right to remove and cancel any ads that would seem contrary to good morals, in violation of the law or contrary to these conditions without refund or compensation, if the advertiser does not change the questionable content within 8 days of the request.
The advertiser agrees not to disclose the same ad, or more than one ad dedicated to the same property.
FS VACANCES reserves the right to remove abusive advertisements, with no reimbursement or compensation.
FS VACANCES allows the advertiser to publish a link to a personal site devoted at least in part to his advertised property on www.gite01.fr. The link must be entered in the required field, not in the text description of the accommodation. Any link which does not meet this requirement will be moderated by FS VACANCES.
The advertiser authorizes FS VACANCES to publish his ads simultaneously and without additional cost, on existing or future partners websites, to increase visibility. This will not cause any additional costs for the advertiser.
Client's area :
The advertiser manages online his ads easily.
At any time, he can upgrade for free, his ads to the ad list top ranking, twice a month. FS VACANCES intends to promote active owners on site, carrying out regular updates of their ads.
The advertiser also has the ability to change at any time property renting rates, texts and photos in order to make the listing more attractive.
Availability calendar and prices table : it is of owner's interest to update it as often as possible, in order to provide comprehensive information to prospective tenants, and contribute to the portal quality in general.
FS VACANCES cannot be prosecuted for request damages, due to temporary or permanent inability, due to events beyond its control, hampering it to fulfill its contractual obligations, due to acts of vandalism, computer hacking, deprivation, removal or prohibition, temporary or permanent impossibility to access to the Web (including sudden unavailability of equipment or networks, essential maintenance operations, possible failures hosting servers, etc.)..
If the responsibility of FS VACANCES should be retained in the performance of its services, the applicant shall not be entitled as a maximum compensation, duties, taxes and charges included, only the amount paid for his annual fee.
Any complaint concerning the quality of an ad, to be admissible, must be sent by e-mail or ordinary mail within seventy-two hours after its online publication.
Data protection
The collected information by FS VACANCES within the ads assigned, are intended solely for internal use, in order to configure the services inside the personal client's area created. Information about personal data collected is never sold or released to any third parties.
According to the french law n° 78-17 of 6 January 1978, the advertiser has got a right to access, modify, rectify and delete personal data concerning him.
The advertiser can do it at any time, from his client's area online.
In order to get a high security level, the website has been built on HTTPS protocol.
Data collected from holidaymakers, are only for accomodation's owners use, in order to allow them replying to the enquiries. Information about personal data collected is never sold or released to any third parties.

Canvassing our members for advertising purposes, in order to collect personal data via the contact forms provided by Gite01.fr is prohibited. FS VACANCES reserves the right to take legal action against offenders.
